Orders and Shipping

A tracking number and the logistic network where your package is moving on will be sent to you to track your package until it reaches you.
When your order completes (and ships) you will receive a tracking number in the order confirmation email. Please use that link to track your order.
Note: Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to work, if we ship a parcel in the afternoon it might not reach a sorting facility until the following morning and be scanned into their system, etc.

If you do not get your package two days after the expected arrival date, contact us and we will file a trace with the Carrier.
If a trace is filed, the logistics agency will conduct an investigation which can take up to two weeks to complete.
Once the package is located, you will receive it a few days later, if the agency is unable to locate your package we will send you a one-time replacement free of charge, or offer you Points equal to the dollar value of your missing package and re-send your order with free EXpress shipping.
All orders are packaged with a vacuum seal bag and then wrapped inside a black heatwrap bag for further protection. There is no indication from the package to what the contents are. Orders are shipped in boxes or poly tear proof mailer bags depending on order size.

Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns and do not issue refunds. On a case-by-case basis, we may determine that we will replace a particular product to you or to persons generally. This is strictly at our discretion. We will work with you to address any and all concerns you have so please reach out and provide us with your concerns and reasons, as well as any evidence that you think supports your position. We will review this and reply. That said, we will not replace any product that was lost in the mail or ceased in the mail for any reason whatever, or what was damages or lost by reason of your actions or failure to act, or by reasons that we cannot control or could not foresee.
